Terms and Conditions
All payments are due upon signing up for membership. You will be signing up for reccurring payments and the card used for initial membership will be charged on your payment cycle. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the customer forfeits membership until payment is received. You are entering in a 1 year agreement.
There are no refunds on membership.
If the customer cancels his or her membership, you will be leaving our community space “D’Avenue” immediately upon cancellation. You will no longer have access to our meal plan, work-out or support. We will cease automatic payments on your card on your next cycle.
Any complaints can be directed to our support team at email@example.com or (917)-723-2152. We will resolve all issues as quickly as possible.
The seller is not responsible for any health, safety concerns, allergic reactions, personal injury or otherwise that the customer incurs while being part of our movement. You are to obtain clearance from your doctor, medical physician, personal trainer, etc. before engaging in our workout program and meal plan.
